  • Responsibilities

    The Service Administrator is an individual contributor position based out of our Tampa headquarters. This role works in conjunction with other stakeholders to provide support to our Service and Repair teams.

    • Supporting service team by formatting & uploading proposals to client portals, pulling FCS info, updating CRM, and communicating on proposals in third party client portals.

    · Proposal formatting.

    · Proposal upload to multiple client portals & follow up.

    · Working with service estimating on proposal priority needs, rebids, etc.

    · Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.

    · Escalate service calls not meeting SLA requirements.

    · Request NTE increases, ensure documentation on contracts have been obtained with appropriate signatures.

    · Permitting/COIs/Bonds as needed if setting up contract jobs.

    · Work on special projects and tasks as assigned.

    · Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    · Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Experience working in a construction/contracting trade office preferred.

    · Working knowledge of personal computer, Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks and competent keyboarding skills to accurately and efficiently complete daily work assignments.

    · Experience with FCS, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software, preferred

    · Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.

    · Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.

    · Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone and/or in person, often in stressful situations.

    • Knowledge of medical terminology.

    • Knowledge of patient medical records and clinical documents.

    • Skill in the use of Hospital computer systems related to ADT order entry, requisitions, lab inquiries and other computerized processes and related software/hardware applications.

    • Knowledge of clinical procedures and operations

    • Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.

    • Clerical, word processing and office skills.

    • Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instruction and safety precautions.

    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
