Hair Apprentice - Full Time Spalon Montage, Inc - Edina, MN REPORTS TO: Hair Team Leader/General Manager Primary Purpose: Develop skills to be an innovative Stylist who consistently uses their creative and technical skill to create a personally rejuvenating experience for each other and our guests while supporting Educational Directors/Stylists. Develop and strengthen relationships with clients and team members. Actively engage in instilling a culture of creativity, personalized, high-quality, results-driven hair care and technical expertise. Required Skills: Cosmetology license required. General Duties: * Catalyst for driving the mission statement culture * Attend and participate in all education requirements.
