HEY! The SMASH Co. is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Manager on behalf of an AMAZING company, Steel Building Pros!

Responsibilities – Daily Job Tasks:

• Manage Sales Team
• Conduct weekly informative/directional staff meetings
• Hold 1 on 1 weekly instructive/educational sales team meetings
• Implement new training and onboarding procedures/process for new sales hires
• Assist in implementing an “intranet” system to ensure sales team has tools they need in appropriate time
• Insure all sales reps paperwork has a 48 hour turn around
• Increase building sales by 25% monthly
• Increase profitability by 20% monthly
• Ensure new reps have ongoing training once a month for the first quarter
• Ensure experienced reps have ongoing training on a quarterly basis
• Ensure level of high ethics of sales reps when representing the company
• Close a minimum of 50% of deals
• Schedule appointments appropriately to be available in a timely fashion for sales reps
• Reduce cancellations by 50%
• Additional duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Microsoft office
• G-suite
• CRM experience
• Prior sales experience
• Degree in Business Management preferred but not required

Reporting Required:

• Prospects by week
• Sales report MTD
• Sales report YTD
