Position Summary:

The Student Ministry Coordinator will support the Students & Young Adults Pastor in creating excellent environments for Middle School (MSM), High School (HSM), and Young Adults (YAG). This includes preparing materials, managing logistics, supporting volunteer teams, and ensuring smooth operations for weekly gatherings and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping students and young adults grow in their relationship with Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare all materials for MSM, HSM, and YAG, including small group lists, discussion guides, Scripture passages, check-in sheets, and new attendee forms.

Manage and maintain check-in systems for students and young adults, ensuring accurate records and follow-up (including postcards to new students).

Set up and test tech for all student ministry environments (Big Room, Worship Center, Gym) for weekly gatherings and events.

Oversee room setups, including check-in stations, gym games, kitchen prep for meals, and general environment readiness.

Create and manage ProPresenter slides for MSM, HSM, and YAG services.

Collaborate with the Students & Young Adults Pastor to support volunteer leaders and assist with leader meetings as needed.

Maintain inventory of supplies, create shopping lists for meals, and coordinate with appropriate staff.

Ensure clean-up processes are followed, including laundering materials used for gatherings.
