    Student Ministry Program Coordinator

    Dates:

    17 Weeks, August 17th - December 14th

    Weekly Schedule:

    Sunday Mornings (Service and Program) ~2hrs | Monday - Thursday Office Hours/Contact Work ~5hrs | Midweek Programs ~8hrs

    Pay: $20 an Hour for 15 hours a Week, ~$300 a week.

    What you’ll do:

    In collaboration with the Co-Directors of Student Ministries, lead a growing youth ministry which creates a Safe Space where students learn to Love God, Love Others, and Love Ourselves.

    How you’ll do it:

    Help plan, organize, and execute weekly student ministry Midweek Programs.

    Help plan, organize, and execute weekly student ministry Special Events (8 Events).

    Occasionally teach during a Sunday or midweek program (2-4 Times).

    Regular contact work with students (one-on-ones, small groups, meals, recreation, via phone).

    Regular office hours M-Th, including a weekly Student Ministry Team Meeting.

    Opportunities to participate in and help with church-wide services and events (Trunk or Treat).

    Opportunities for Leadership, Spiritual, and Ministry Development through meeting with WCPC staff.

    Understand and abide by our Child Protection Policy (note: this position is a Mandatory Reporter)

    Other duties as assigned.

    Who you are:

    You are passionate about Middle and High School students and are excited to develop as a leader

    You have a growing relationship with Jesus

    You are teachable, flexible, and thrive in a team-oriented environment

    At least 2 years of college completed or age equivalent

    Who you’ll work with:

    Direct report: Co-Directors of Student Ministries

    Leads or Co-Leads: Middle and High School Students, Student Ministry Volunteers

    Collaborates with: All WCPC staff as needed
