POSITION SUMMARY: TDIndustries has a paid internship opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic graphic designer. This part-time position will assist with corporate marketing initiatives. The internship includes working with the Marketing and Communications team to develop the corporate brand and to utilize your artistic strengths in design, advertising, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, organized, motivated and passionate about design and brand adherence while paying attention to details. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Creating custom graphics and design layouts using Adobe programs * Assisting with design of brochures, collateral, posters, display banners, mailers, postcards, and all facets of print and digital presentation designs * Develop brand-consistent materials for the organization * Bringing a positive, service-oriented approach to work POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * Incoming junior or senior college student, or recent graduate whose education has been focused in graphic design, digital/interactive design, fine arts or a related field * Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite skills is a plus * Understanding of production methods (offset, digital, web) * Ability to adhere to brand guidelines * Excellent communication skills written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal * Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize daily operations and long-term projects in order to meet deadlines, ensure efficient workflow, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 25 hours per week * Must submit portfolio when applying This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
