Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - R15443 to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. THIS OPENING CONSISTS OF A SATURDAY SCHEDULE AS OUTLINED BELOW.
This split schedule is just a starting schedule in many ways! As your performance excels you have the opportunity to earn a more traditional schedule as they come available, but this schedule really does allow you get your skills nailed down and be that much more ahead of the game when the time comes

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
