  • Responsibilities

    We have a full-time Teller opening at our Racine Rapids branch. The position requires working 40 hours per week, including varying weekdays and rotating Saturday shifts.

     

     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide friendly, courteous, and expedient teller and other related services to members resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.
    • Cross-sell other credit union products and services.
    • Process mail deposits and payments.
    • Provide clerical services such as filing, disbursing mail, and answering phones.
    • May be cross-trained to open new accounts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Must have graduated from or be currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent program.
    • Must be enthusiastic in interactions with members and have cash handling skills.
    • Must be able to accurately answer questions either in person or by phone, in a manner which is clear, concise, professional, and easily understood by members and branch personnel.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

  • Qualifications
    • Experience with Server Configuration Management/Deploy Automation tools (Puppet and Jenkins)
    • At least one programing language ( Python preferred )
    • 1-2 years hands on experience deploying IaaS and/or PaaS in Microsoft Azure is preferred
    • 3-5  years professional IT experience with compute technologies
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban process
    • Working knowledge of security practices and tools (CIS hardening, best practices)
    • Some experience in Capacity Planning, Performance,  Monitoring/Management and Server/Cloud compute Design Architecture.
    • Good  communications skills and customer service attitude.
    • Organization and analysis skills, problem solving ability.
    • Able to communicate effectively with peer groups.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
