    We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Pax River, MD customer. The Senior Program Analyst will assist in managing the operational and business aspects for the EW Threat/Jammer Acquisitions to achieve acquisition objectives. The incumbent will:

    • Assist in preparation and oversight of annual wall to wall Government Furnished Property inventories facilitated and coordinated by DAPML.
    • Assist in facilitating Program meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items for both Program Management and Logistics.
    • Monitor and report performance against established plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
    • Enter Program Initiation Documents (PIDs) for the EW team into the PMT tool for routing and tracking.
    • Maintain the EW/Threat Jammer IPT Sharepoint/Microsoft Teams files.
    • Assist with EW Logistics and Engineering ECP acceptance and process.
    • Act as direct support to the EW Program IPT Lead and IPT Deputy to ensure ongoing Modernization, Tech Refresh, and Procurement projects.
    • Assist in financial reviews to ensure EW financial efforts are on track and complete.

    Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Required Education: Senior - MA/MS degree
    Required Experience : Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
