    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

    The Pricing Import Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate price setup, product research, and data manipulation to expand and maintain the Company’s product catalog. The specialist ensures products display correctly on our website by entering and maintaining product data, ensuring quality images of products, product information and pricing. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales and Finance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data and systems to drive pricing decisions.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    **

    • Assist in the importing of price files and discount schedules into company pricing system.
    • Maintain and update pricing systems with accurate and timely pricing information
    • Conduct research and provide feedback about competitive pricing.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quote processes and customer pricing requests
    • Point of contact for sales to handle price discrepancies as needed.
    • Assist with other projects across departments as needed.

    May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned

    METRICS:

    • Achieve the hourly goal for price imports, photo imports and research, as detailed in quarterly review.
    • Meet import deadlines as detailed in quarterly review

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, Bachelor's degree a plus
    • Market research and analysis experience required
    • Industrial product knowledge a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
