    POSITION PROFILE:

    We are looking for a COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to join the Knoll Communications team. You will be responsible for orchestrating a range online and offline internal and external communications initiatives as well as improving and maintaining content at knoll.com.  Audiences include: Knoll associates, dealers and clients.  

    You will also work closely with the Communications, Sales and Marketing teams on asset creation for client engagements and company events, including presentations and videos.

    Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a range of multi-media experience.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • External communications to Knoll clients and the architectural and design community
    • E-mail Knoll Dealer Communications
    • E-mail Human Resources Communications
    • Knoll News
    • Presentation Design for In-person and Online Training and Events
    • Presentation Design for Investor Relations Materials
    • Event Production
    • Video Editing/Production for Sales Presentations

     

    Required Skills

    A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or other related field preferred

    Advanced familiarity with Adobe programs - Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator 

    • Portfolio of digital design, graphic design and art direction

    Experience using a CMS (WordPress etc.)

    Strong writing skills

    Required Experience

    • 2-5 years of marketing/corporate communications experience.  
    • Ability to own communications from start to finish and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • A very positive, can-do attitude.
    • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently
    • Ability and willingness to work in a matrix environment to support various business requirements
    • An attention to detail while also keeping an eye on the big picture
