We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing operations of our new Tampa facility on Adamo Drive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient processes, enforcing safety protocols, and leading a team to meet productivity goals. This role plays a key part in optimizing our supply chain operations and maintaining accurate inventory controls, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. The Warehouse Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to support timely distribution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties:

· Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and receiving.

· Manage the warehouse team and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime to include hiring, disciplinary action and separation when necessary.

· Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary. Track and monitor equipment maintenance and life span of equipment.

· Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to or from jobsites, storage units, warehouses, etc. by communicating with driver and internal personnel to ensure efficient delivery.

· Other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 1+ years of experience managing a warehouse, and inventory management.

· 1+ years managing direct reports

· Forklift certification preferred

· Commercial roofing experience preferred

· Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs

· Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow)

· Must have valid driver’s license and ability to become DOT certified

· Ability to operate tablet or laptop and smartphone

· Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

1. Knowledge of medical terminology.
2. Knowledge of patient medical records and clinical documents.
3. Skill in the use of Hospital computer systems related to ADT order entry, requisitions, lab inquiries and other computerized processes and related software/hardware applications.
4. Knowledge of clinical procedures and operations
5. Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.
6. Clerical, word processing and office skills.
7. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instruction and safety precautions.
8. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
