We are looking to hire swim instructors, sailing instructors, waterski instructors and canoe/kayak coaches. We are able to train and certify you free of charge as part of the job. You must arrive at camp on June 6th.

In order to qualify for the job you must be able to pass an American Red Cross Certification class.

We are looking for Summer Camp Staff who have a love for working with children, enjoy being part of a team, and believe that mutual respect and positive values can make a difference in a child’s individual development.

All meals will be provided during the duration of your employment, and housing will be provided as well.  Staff are required to stay ON camp for the duration of their contract (time off must be spent at camp) due to our COVD-19 Safety Protocol.

KenMont and KenWood Camps is a premier residential summer camp located in Kent, CT. We are approximately 2 hours from New York City and 3 hours from Boston and are also 4 miles from the Appalachian Trails. We have a 200 acre facility which includes team sports, individual sports, arts, water activities and outdoor adventure.

Our campers range from age 8 to 15 and come from NY, NJ, CT, FL, MD, CA and various other places. Our staff is from all across the US, Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, Scotland and South Africa.
