The ideal candidate will be a disruptive innovator with the entrepreneurial mindset needed to support forward-thinking Modeling and Simulation projects and advance customer interests in multiple technical domains. Our focus is on DoD projects in the areas of Electronic Warfare, Sensing, Autonomy, Command and Control, Cyber, Space, and survivability and susceptibility problems. The candidate will shape the vision for new technology initiatives across the entire division.  The candidate will represent Radiance and build collaborative relationships with corporate stakeholders at conferences, working groups, and industry days.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience with Ph.D. or 15 with M.S.
• Proven expertise in discreet event or other forms of modeling and simulation
• Experience writing scientific papers, whitepapers, and proposals
• Experience as technical lead or equivalent supporting simulation projects for AFRL, CYBERCOM, NSA, DARPA, MSIC, NASIC, or similar government agency

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expertise in survivability analysis
• Background in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
