    Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company supporting multiple Intelligence Agencies and Department of Defense customers is searching for a Director of Corporate Security to join our senior leadership team. The selected candidate will provide leadership to develop and manage the team responsible for all security functions in support of executing company business objectives. The candidate will provide overall leadership for the security function and will lead security personnel responsible for multiple cleared offices nationwide, in accordance with standards set by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals.

    This person will be responsible for the development, establishment, and communication of security policies, standards, and guidelines as well as the education and awareness of these requirements. They will coordinate the standardization of security processes to efficiently address customer requirements and eliminate redundant approaches at multiple company sites.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide security oversight and leadership for entire Corporate Security program to include multiple sites throughout the US.
    • Lead, develop, train, and mentor a team of security professionals at multiple offices nationwide to successfully accomplish business objectives while maintaining compliance with the NISPOM, NIST 800-171 standards, DCID, ICD, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
    • Lead and oversee the management and operation of SCIFs, Special Access, and classified closed areas at multiple locations
    • Anticipate and proactively respond to the changing security needs of a rapidly growing defense contractor
    • Work with the Executive Team and Senior Leaders to develop the security polices and infrastructure necessary to support corporate strategic initiatives and long-term goals
    • Collaborate closely with corporate IT and internal cybersecurity team.
    • Develop and maintain corporate security policies that ensure the company’s compliance with various U.S. Government requirements
    • Manage, plan, and coordinate industrial security and information system security activities across multiple programs and locations
    • Develop and implement an effective corporate-wide security education program

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledgeable with eMASS
    • Experience using Security Information Management System Software (SIMS)
    • Experience establishing WANs with TACLANEs or other similar devices
    • FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification
    • Other security certifications are a plus (ISP/SFPC/ISOC and PSC)
    • Security+ CISSP

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • 15 years’ experience with B.S. Degree in IT, Information Systems or Security related discipline
    • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI and be willing to take a polygraph when required by the Government to receive additional accesses.
    • Demonstrated experience as a successful leader within the security community (local and national Intel customers)
    • 10 years of DoD Industrial security management experience in a Multiple Facility Organization (MFO)
    • Detailed knowledge and understanding of NISPOM, NIST, NAO, Insider Threat program requirements and other DoD Directives
    • Proven ability to stand up and accredit new classified facilities, standalone networks, and enterprise wide-area-networks
    • Experience standing up and managing Collateral areas, SCIFs and SAP facilities
    • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), including developing packages and coordination with DoD customers
    • COMSEC experience
    • Experience establishing connectivity with JWICS, SIPRNET, CWAN, Savannah, and other similar networks
    • Experience with JPAS, DISS, NISS, ACCS
    • Experience successfully interfacing and communicating with Executive Teams and Senior Leaders
    • Knowledge of CMMC process, working closely with corporate IT
  • Qualifications

    Load and unload aircraft of cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. in and out of aircraft within confined cargo areas, push, pull, and position loaded containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs. on rollers with/to aircraft.

     Driving vehicles with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs. in areas congested with aircraft, moving and stationary vehicles and equipment as well as positioning vehicle up to aircraft requiring depth perception and the ability to distinguish colors, red, green, and yellow.

     Engage in push-out of aircraft driving 80,000 lb. vehicle or assist by providing guide function to driver using depth perception in congested areas or speaking to cockpit during push-back procedure.

     Transport cargo to and from aircraft driving 3,000 lb. vehicle using depth perception to negotiate vehicle with attached carts through congested area.  Read "off-load" sheets to determine destination of cargo.

     While performing aircraft push-out and/or towing functions, engage in proper specific ground to cockpit communication via hand signals and voice commands, with and without, the assistance of sight or visual aids.

     Ability to successfully communicate with others.

     Ability to work in a high-noise level environment.

     Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.

     Pull, push, and lift bags weighing up to 70 lbs. onto or from a conveyor belt.

     Pull water hose from stationary cabinet and connect to aircraft.

     Lift, connect overhead and remove overhead, 40 lb. KVA electric cable to/from aircraft.

     De-ice aircraft at heights of up to 20 - 80 ft. lifting and holding nose, spray exterior of wings and fuselage with glycol.

     Ability to judge distances.

     Ability to confront and question unauthorized personnel in secured areas, and report their presence to authorities as necessary.

     Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
