Responsibilities Responsibilities:Supports the mission of the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and promotes the character development values Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Assists in planning, some managing, and implementing of all departmental programs and activities.Assists and participates in marketing and special events.Assists in managing the departmental operations.Assists in interviewing, scheduling, disciplining, and supervising qualified staff.Maintain records of program participants.Assists in staff meetings.Be a team player with all staff.Must notify appropriate staff of any unsafe conditions, needed repairs, complaints, accidents, or injuries immediately.Assist in providing leadership of the Annual Mission Campaign.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
