JOB SUMMARY:
The Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Material Assistant's primary function is to provide support to the AOG Buyers. This is accomplished by maintaining files and documentation within the Critical Purchasing area as well as administering the drop-ship purchase orders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reconcile purchase order discrepancies, analyze purchase order reports and mismatched vouchers, file critical procurement requisitions, research and update invoices sent from accounting, resolve quarantined parts issues, process parts to return to vendors and ensure credit is received, assist loan/borrow coordinators with loan calls and processing loans.
