  • Responsibilities

    The candidate must work closely with and support Program Manager and Enterprise Sales Teams with identifying operational issues requiring attention, root cause analysis and formulating corrective action.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Provide daily support to customers and operational teams.
    • Conduct daily review and update of all transit reports by assignment of the primary owner within our group. The CSR is responsible to review and maintain their transit reports to identify shipments “at risk” of being delayed and take the necessary action to either prevent or minimize the effects of any delay to the customer. Escalate issues to PM, if needed.
    • Communicate delay issues affecting shipments in transit to all parties in the transportation chain, i.e. Local Management, Origin Office, USA Gateway, USA service center, and Customer contacts.
    • Coordinate special projects for ad campaigns, peak season pushes, other special projects and ad hoc projects.
    • Provide for internal cross-functional training and support within our group to maintain forward facing consistency to the customer.
    • Publish internal scorecards for operational performance.

    PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

     

    • Advanced Computer, Phone and Organizational Skills Required (Access, Excel, Word, and Email)
    • Knowledge of International Transportation & Logistics Preferred
