JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a two year program. The program is designed to take the trainee through various aspects of Powerplant or Avionics/Systems Engineering so they may gain experience and knowledge of UPS maintenance procedures while developing management skills. The trainee will work in areas including, but not limited to, aircraft Powerplant Engineering, Avionics/Systems Engineering, Structures Engineering and Liaison Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the aircraft maintenance or Engineering field and/or course work. At the end of two years, or before, the trainee may be offered a management position with the company. The position is located in Louisville, Kentucky.
