    The Audit Coordinator will support The UPS Store, Inc. audit department. The role will consist of extensive communication with centers in The UPS Store, Inc. network, area support, and internal business units. The coordinator will also be responsible for processing all billing and payment files for the audit department.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Manages all communication coming through the audit department email address and phone number
    • Maintains the audit department Access database which includes all audit history
    • Prepares and sends out audit notifications to centers
    • Receives and organizes all incoming documentation from centers regarding their audits
    • Prepares the audit department billing and payment files

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Customer service experience
    • Microsoft Access experience - Preferred
