  • Responsibilities

    UPS is seeking a Corporate Security Intern to assist with research and compile data to provide analysis on training and audit results, develop enterprise wide programs, and participate in other global training initiatives. The intern will participate in business meetings, automate business processes, document operating procedures, and prepare data analysis. He/She will present to senior management, network with supervisors and managers and receive meaningful evaluations.

    The UPS internship program is designed to immerse the intern in the corporate culture and expose them to situations in which they can observe management behavior and interactions. The Corporate Security Internship is a full-time position in the Global Corporate Headquarters of UPS. Successful internships may lead to future opportunities with UPS.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Utilizes Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to create training documents, process mapping, reports, and presentations
    • Uses SharePoint Site applications

    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail oriented

    • Currently working towards a degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management - Preferred
