Finance & Accounting Interns are responsible for assigned tasks across several accounting departments. Interns also serve as backup coverage for a variety of positions in Accounting and Financial Reporting. Duties will also include working on projects and audit activity as assigned.

Job Description:

Interns will work in several Finance & Accounting departments as needed. Finance & Accounting Interns perform assigned tasks and adhoc requests, maintain databases, audit work of other employees, assist with development of financial audit, and communicate with other departments. Finance & Accounting Interns may also be assigned to projects and audits as needed.

Required Skills:

• Must be working towards a degree in a business discipline (Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields),
• Must have basic accounting knowledge, requires the use of all Microsoft Office Products.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize workload.

Additional Skills:

• Candidates must work proficiently with a variety of applications and systems and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Candidates must be able to work in a team-based environment with minimal supervision and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
