If so, we want to hear from you! UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a dynamic Analytics Intern who is eager to obtain real-world, hands-on business experience.

The GBS Analytics Intern primarily focuses on the Operations Research project which involves detailed analysis of customer contact, including calls, operations, geography, time, and economic patterns.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Analyzes data related to package operations, driver statistics, Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) software, and customer calls
• Generates regression analysis and extracts meaning from findings
• Makes recommendations for process improvements based on analysis

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Excellent Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with data manipulation
• Experience conducting statistical analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
