UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a dynamic Instructional Design intern who is eager to obtain real-world, hands-on business experience in our Training Development department.
GBS Training Development creates and supports training materials for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in contact centers across the globe. Based on needs of our Customer Service Centers, the Instructional Design intern provides required revisions, redesigns, and reorganization of cirricula to support the progression of CSRs.

Founded on a $100 loan in 1907, 2 teenage boys opened up a messenger service in a 6 by 17 foot office located just below the sidewalk on Second Avenue and Main Street in Seattle, WA.
