    UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrative Assistant to work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts, to ensure our employees are paid correctly. If this sounds like your ideal opportunity, we want to hear from you!

    The GBS Payroll Administrative Assistant works with UPS payroll systems, exercises math skills and 10-key skills, and uses Microsoft Office Software.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Supports payroll processes
    • Maintains confidentiality of payroll information
  • Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong math skills and 10-key calculator skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
    • Ability to create and run large queries using Microsoft Office
    • Prior payroll experience
    • Flexible schedule with availability for some weekends and holidays as business needs change
    • Possess a working knowledge of union contractual language and non-union wage plans - Preferred
