    Are you a current junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months, pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting or a related field? If so, we want to hear from you! UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a dynamic Procure to Pay intern who is eager to obtain real-world, hands-on business experience.

    The GBS Procure to Pay intern will primarily be working on our Global Supplier Lifecycle Management Portal project. The work will include outreach to UPS suppliers, data analytics around payment terms, and developing reporting and metrics around supplier data and dynamic discounting data. He/She will also assist with documenting process procedures and developing training material.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Analyzes UPS supplier data and develop reports to visualize data
    • Develops recommendations for improving process based on findings
    • Documents process procedures and create training material

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
