The Global Business Services (GBS) Communications Supervisor serves as a member of the GBS Communications team as graphics and design support for portal content, email and distribution, digital signage channel messaging, and ad hoc support. This position is responsible for developing, shaping and executing GBS visual aspects of brand and communication deliverables to ensure brand consistency across GBS business units. Weekly design requests include internal portal article design look and feel, leadership PowerPoint decks, digital displays, and online imagery. He/She also contributes to the global brand and employee GBS communications plan. The GBS Communications Supervisor maximizes current and future tools that measure the effectiveness of multiple employee messaging channels, maximizing effectiveness to ensure messages consistently reach intended audiences.
