ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST will become an integral member of UPS’ Information Security Identity Access Management (Info Sec IAM) team as it relates to user access audits and associated role re-certifications. S/he will be part of the team that administers and supports the SailPoint IdentityIQ product. They will collaborate with colleagues and internal clients to support the existing IIQ processes as well as designing, implementing, and documenting new solutions that meet UPS’ Identity Access Management needs and industry best practices. S/he will also assist with infrastructure support and future environment planning and design.
The INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST will be expected to analyze, design, develop, and test solutions that support identity and access management and the related audits. The individual will work both independently and as part of a team of other Analysts. Specifically, the Analyst will be building user access certifications in SailPoint IIQ CM following a defined schedule to support AD Privileged Access, Mainframe RACF, Segregation of Duties, and Manager Certification audits - in addition to supporting those audits as they are in progress. The candidate will also be required to update technical documentation for audit builds, disaster recovery and end user/support artifacts, and develop/test SQL queries and reports. Also participates in building contingency and recovery plans to minimize downtime and protect UPS’s information assets.
