JOB SUMMARY
The PPM intern will work individually or on small teams to provide support and enhancements to existing and new operations systems in an effort to insure projects are aligned with the corporate strategy. This position serves as a liaison between stakeholders, software developers, and end users. He/She will be involved in gathering business requirements, initiating feasibility studies, and maintaining data for the project's life cycle. Other responsibilities include: creating and developing functional design requirements, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, UAT lab testing, and updating user manuals to ensure functionality data is current.
