JOB SUMMARY
The Package Process Management (PPM) specialist works individually, or on small teams, to provide support and enhancements to existing and new operations systems to ensure projects are aligned with the corporate strategy. You'll serve as a liaison between stakeholders, software developers, and end users. This position gathers business requirements, initiates feasibility studies, and maintains data for the project's life cycle. You'll also create and develop functional design requirements, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, UAT lab testing, and updates user manuals to ensure functionality data is current.
