RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manages candidate sourcing to ensure requisition needs are promptly filled with quality candidates and conducts interviews
Evaluates recruiting and interviewing processes and recommends improvements
Monitors employment procedures to ensure legal and governmental compliance
Develops relationships with colleges, universities and other organizations to source quality candidates
Works with various functions and departments to collect information, process requests and create/distribute reports
Develops partnerships within organization and provides coaching on routine issues related to policy and procedures
Supports management with employee concerns, problem resolution and HR tools/systems
Implements recognition programs that promote corporate values and employee retention
Collaborates with Benefits and Compensation to implement the merit increase process and support employee performance
