    Are you a current junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months, pursuing a degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business? If so, we want to hear from you! UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a dynamic intern who is eager to obtain real-world, hands-on business experience.

    This intern will gather data and complete site coordination to assist in process analysis and improvements for site deployment as the Empowered to Positively Impact our Customers (EPIC) project team continues the execution of implementation activities to complete Phase II task and begin Phase III.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Analyzes data and processes and recommends improvements
    • Sets up Phase III EPIC sites targeted for 2022
    • Maintains updates for EPIC application hierarchies, user profiles, and workstation updates
    • Completes ad hoc reporting

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Detail-oriented with ability to work autonomously
    • Experience with data mining and statistical analysis
    • Ability to report and analyze data
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • SQL and Power BI experience
