The Talent Acquisition Social Media Specialist will play a primary role in creating and executing a digital marketing/branding strategy that will help attract key talent to the UPS enterprise. This role will be responsible for both content creation and content curation, by utilizing skills such as graphic design and video production/editing, which will be used across multiple social media platforms and the UPSjobs employment website.
This position is dynamic in nature and is constantly evolving. The individual filling this role will need to be able to quickly adapt to change and work well under pressure. He/she must be organized, with the ability to plan and execute projects with minimal supervision.
This individual must be effective working in a team environment and acting in a support role, while also excelling at working independently and leading projects and others.
The candidate best suited for this position will not just possess the technical skills required to create and execute the digital strategy, but will also possess the soft-skills required to interact with both internal and external customers on a daily basis.
