    The Security Technology Group is a leading provider of security solutions.  We are continuously finding new ways to integrate security and technology in our wide array of environments and locations with our internal and external customers in mind.

    You will gain first-hand experience working with the systems that power our security software and systems.  The responsibilities may range from troubleshooting a problem to designing and developing new features.  You can expect to see a lot of code found in the Microsoft web development stack, and use the tools associated with it.                                               Responsibilities:

    • Provide development support across all of the Security Technology Group’s software products

    • Work with the development team to design, document, test, and implement new features and bug fixes

  • Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
    • Strong understanding of JavaScript language and jQuery library
    • Create common SQL Objects (Tables, Stored Procedures) and Queries (CRUD)
    • Exposure to Microsoft MVC Web Development Framework

      INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:  

    • Self started, motivated, confident, and goal oriented. 
    • Must possess good verbal and written skills. 
    • Works well independently and within a team environment.

    Founded on a $100 loan in 1907, 2 teenage boys opened up a messenger service in a 6 by 17 foot office located just below the sidewalk on Second Avenue and Main Street in Seattle, WA. Messengers ran errands, carried notes, hand baggage, and delivered trays of food for customers. They also delivered packages, traveling by streetcars and bicycles for longer trips, and later using motorcycles.
