The Talent Advisor engages and advises Hiring Managers throughout the entire hiring process (e.g., reviewing resumes, conducting HR fit phone interviews, screenings, etc.) and presents high-potential talent for consideration. He/She drives sourcing to ensure hiring needs are promptly met with quality hires, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled. The Talent Advisor sources and recruits talent using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media platforms, while targeting highly desired candidates for the job. He/She develops relationships with prospective talent, and creates and manages talent pipelines for various positions. The Talent Advisor extends job offers to internal and external candidates upon selection. He/She monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance, and makes recommendations for process improvements.
