    Are you looking to make an impact with your customer service acumen? UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to impact Customer Relations. You'll evaluate Domestic and International Pricing templates for completeness, accuracy and compatibility with E2K Pricing and Rating systems and works cross-functionally with Pricing, Sales and Operations to ensure customer agreements are properly interpreted.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Ensures pricing proposals conform to corporate and system guidelines
    • Participates in root cause analysis of E2K Pricing and Rating issues affecting customers around the world
    • Identifies areas of opportunity for Pricing and Rating system enhancements that improve efficiency and rating capabilities
    • Assists in educating fellow employees on E2K Pricing and Rating functionality
    • Implements scheduled pricing updates for all Special Customer rates, General Commodity rates and Special Pricing actions
    • Verifies completed rate implementations for rate accuracy and adherence to established Sarbanes Oxley control points

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Possesses in-depth knowledge of E2K Pricing Applications, E2K Rating Logic, service offerings, Pricing Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions of Contract
    • Self-starter with good organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
    • Minimum of four years' experience in transportation-related field, through combination of college and/or business experience - Preferred
