They will work with our account management teams, and learn the intricacies of customer management and UPS Capital’s business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Reviews and maintains account lists
• Supports Open Cargo Insurance resources
• Gains hands-on CRM experience
• Updates CRG onboarding guides

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
• Passionate about understanding the customer’s relationship with UPS Capital
• Effective time management with the ability to direct simultaneous/multiple projects
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic
• Ability to document and maintain accurate records
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral, written, and interactive communication skills
