The Human Resources (H.R.) team at UPS Capital provides consultative/tactical support to business unit management in the areas of Organizational Training, Performance Management, Health and Safety, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Workforce Planning, and Unemployment Benefit Cost Control.
The HR intern coordinates and executes H.R. related projects. He/She receives direct supervision, coaching and counseling from the H.R. Supervisor throughout his/her assignment. He/She is responsible for the coordination of the New Summer Internship Program and work with our Corporate HR partners in Organizational Development to create new UPS Capital job models and job definition. He/She serves as liaison with the Compliance group to respond to time sensitive internal audit requests.
