AAS SUPPORT AND LAUNCH SPECIALIST OVERVIEW

AAS includes reimbursement service, customer call center, prior authorization support and promotional programs and initiatives. The ASL Specialist is an integral position that assists staff cross functionally and acts as a SME for key aspects of the department across Immunology and Specialty product lines. The ASL will support all AAS teams where needed and support team in launches of new products and indications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning and completing responsibilities associated with a new launch or new process

• Analysis of key processes to identify ways to streamline and create operational efficiencies

• Collaborate cross-functionally with peers to support and continue to develop internal intel and patient support program for healthcare providers and patients

• Research, monitor and compile data to support program initiatives

• Assist in analysis of training modules to identify areas of improvement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in health sciences, business or other related fields such as Insurance Claims Processing or Specialty Pharmacy Operations.

• Must be enrolled in university during the internship period
