    • Support sample preparation for high resolution LCMS analysis

    • Optimize specialized protein separation techniques to enable the analysis of interested product quality attributes. Troubleshoot equipment and experimental problems

    • Design, develop and optimize instrumentation and separation parameters, including HPLC and high-resolution mass spectrometer, for peptide and PTM quantitation and detection

    • Conduct laboratory studies to investigate post-translational modifications (PTMs) occurring on therapeutic antibodies (mAbs) and antibodies drug conjugates (ADCs)

    • Establish an improved analytical method for PTM level analysis in our product development pipeline

    • Test different internal standards to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of our assays

    • Perform the analytical tests to characterize the structure of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and understand the kinetics of reactions in ADC conjugation process

    • Interact with cross-functional teams to establish productive collaborations
