CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

Envision spending your summer working with energetic colleagues and inspirational leaders, all while gaining world-class experience in one of the most dynamic organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a reality for AbbVie’s Experiential Interns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Compile data from either literature or in-house studies to enable analysis and interpretation

• Perform data search for specific scientific questions related to pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacology

• Participate in study design discussions and writing of study related documents

• Present in group meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Immunology or other related field

• Must be enrolled in university during the internship period

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Exposure to curriculum in the areas of mathematics, biology, pharmacology, and analytical chemistry.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
