    ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY (EHS) OVERVIEW

    EHS champion orchestrating foundational, but time-bound projects, in support of a pharmaceutical operations site, inclusive of drug product manufacturing, primary packaging, and secondary packaging

    • Capacity to support occupational hygiene quantitative exposure sampling with a distinct focus on report generation

    • Ability to assist in developing, and redlining existing, safety standards and/or policies which meet business objectives

    • Means to support site sustainability initiatives

    • Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of the team to enable higher performance

    • Learns fast, grasps the “essence” and can change the course quickly were indicated

    • Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo

    Candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop expertise in core job responsibilities, including teamwork and the ability to maintain constructive relationships with personnel from various disciplines at all levels in the organization. The successful candidate should demonstrate integrity, reliability, dedication, adaptability, innovation, and self-motivation.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuit of undergraduate or graduate credentials in Safety, Public Health, General Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent

    • Capability to develop, implement, and verify occupational hygiene; environmental, health, and safety; and sustainability initiatives

    • The ability to work independently and support several projects simultaneously

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
