2024 Aesthetics Leadership Program Description

Our Aesthetics Leadership Program (ALP) helps develop high-potential MBA talent, for future Allergan Aesthetics marketing leadership roles at AbbVie. By rotating through a variety of commercial roles across Allergan Aesthetics, ALP addresses the business needs of today while helping to grow experienced, well-rounded management talent for tomorrow. Over the three years and three rotations, you may work in rotations in the following fields:

• Allergan Practice Consultant / Strategic Accounts
• Customer Marketing
• Digital and Consumer Marketing

Locations

Aesthetics Leadership Program opportunities are based at the Allergan Aesthetics headquarters in Irvine, California.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program completing your second year, preferably with an emphasis on marketing or general management
• Must graduate with an MBA degree prior to the intended full-time start date
• At least 3 years of prior work experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of aesthetics/beauty/luxury brands industry is a plus
