The Associate Manufacturing Technology Specialist's primary responsibilities are to participate in scale up and transfer processes into full-scale manufacturing based on data provided by Process Development or by Client and interact with client technical representatives, including Person in Plant observers on manufacturing floor.

This is a 12-hour Weekend Day shift position working Friday through Sunday; 6AM - 6PM

The Role

• Provide technical training as necessary to operators

• Provide on-the-floor oversight of the manufacturing process, as necessary

• Interact with client technical representatives, including Person in Plant observers on the manufacturing floor

• Monitor process data, identify trends, present data, and propose action as necessary

• Perform technical troubleshooting and investigations of process issues (includes documenting formal deviation investigations as needed)

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (MS preferred)

• GMP experience preferred

• Prior experience as an intern or co-op in a manufacturing environment preferred
