    Job Description

    We are seeking an Associate Scientist II to join our dynamic and innovative research team focused on the development of long-acting injectable formulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical science and make a profound impact on patients' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.

    • Design and execute experiments, collect, and analyze data, and interpret results to draw meaningful conclusions.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other scientists, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project objectives.

    • Troubleshoot experiments and instrumentation.

    • Learn and understand new experimental techniques.

    • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings effectively.

    • Consult and cite relevant literature when needed.

    • Demonstrate technical proficiency in his/her field.

    • Impact projects predominantly through lab and/or pilot plant-based activities.

    • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriate handling of materials, controlled drug, and radioactive compounds, GxP compliance, and animal care where applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent education, with typically 3 or more years’ experience or Master’s Degree or equivalent education (no additional experience.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

    • Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job function.
