    Position Summary

    _The Senior Manager, Business Analyst , Outsourcing Management in Global Clinical Development IT _will be an expert solution specialist focused on Outsourcing Management capabilities for managing clinical trial operations. He/ she is responsible for overseeing the implementation of solutions that address business challenges and meet the needs of all internal and external stakeholders. The Business Analyst would work closely with the Product Manager and would collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, software developers, project managers, and IT teams, to ensure successful delivery of technical projects and software releases.

    This position will also support change management, training, super user network, user acceptance and ensure their continued growth and development while also developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical strategy and business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Hands-on expert of the trail outsourcing management capabilities at BMS.
    • Overall accountability for ensuring understanding of business needs, processes and priorities.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications, stories, actionable plans and prioritize.
    • Ensure solution adoption by management of super user network, training content and change communications.
    • Execution of agile project management and iterative value delivery is preferred.
    • Develop stakeholder & end user maps, customer journey maps and change impact heat maps.
    • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology solutions.
    • Evaluate business process, existing systems, and processes to identify potential inefficiencies and areas for optimization and innovation.
    • Collaborate with Product team and architects to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
    • Ensure that technology solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Facilitate UAT sessions, voice of customer, issue resolution, help desk, cross functional business process and technology dependencies.
    • Provide hands on reporting, data issue resolution and support end users
    • Conduct training sessions to educate users on new systems, applications, or features.
    • Troubleshoot issues, develop reports and data extracts to meet urgent needs.
    • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum experience of 5 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related area.
    • Experience with clinical trials business process or clincal trial outsourcing models is a plus.
    • Experience with Salesforce application is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages.
    • Familiarity with business process mapping, workflows and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Product management experience is a plus.
