We bring a human touch to every treatment we pioneer. Join us and make a difference.

At BMS, the Cell Therapy Development Operations (CTDO) organization is focused on novel cellular immunotherapies based on two distinct and complementary platforms – Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CARs) and T Cell Receptor (TCRs) technologies. Our goal is to revolutionize medicine by re-engaging the body’s immune system to treat cancer. At the core of that mission are the talented individuals who contribute their unique skill sets to help us drive innovation and deliver truly life-changing drugs for our patients.

The Cell Therapy Internship (CTI) Program is looking for individuals who are passionate about cell therapy and interested in working remotely with a team of scientists and engineers in developing T cell-based medicines. In addition to their project assignments, interns will have opportunities to virtually attend community-building functions including speaker sessions and recreational activities, throughout the summer.
