    Job Description

    Purpose

    The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the logistical coordination of end user training, LMS assignments and records and training documentation for the Change Management organization.

    This position is crucial in ensuring a seamless training experience by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and addressing user needs effectively. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the Security team to facilitate the training component of SAP access requests, ensuring that all protocols and requirements are integrated into the training process. Through efficient management and collaboration, this position aims to support the Change Management organizations strategic objectives by enabling users to effectively utilize SAP systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the logistical coordination of end user training, LMS assignments and records and training documentation for the Change Management organization.
    • Function as the site system administrator for the Learning Management System used by the Change Management organization.
    • Supports GPL/Change Management teams with creating/updating SOPs and vDTPs
    • Leads the publishing process for all controlled training documents.
    • Facilitate course implementation and global training module management within the LMS
    • Facilitate tracking and ensuring appropriate LMS documentation for new training assignments, revisions, etc.
    • Create/provide training completion reports as needed.
    • Leads contractor activities
    • Assist with the coordination of logistics for training courses/programs as needed
    • Assist users with LMS questions or issues
    • Issue training communications to end-users

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 5 years’ experience in a training support function with LMS knowledge and expertise
    • ComplianceWire knowledge and experience is beneficial
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Experience with learning management systems, training assignment/registration, and course logistical coordination preferred.
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation and initiative in resolving client issues.
