THE ROLE

In this global role, you will partner with Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, University Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning and Development, to promote Catalent as an employer of choice and identify opportunities and solutions to support our talent, recruiting, company and brand goals. This position will play a key role in design and marketing activities for a global leader in drug development and manufacturing. This position will report directly to the Lead, Employer Brand and will have a strong relationship with the global Talent Acquisition organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assist with designing materials that will be used by the Talent Acquisition department (including Brochures, Templates, Graphics, etc.) that will help recruit top talent.
• Assist with content curation related to employees for our social channels.
• Coordinate creation of various campaigns including video, digital newsletters, etc.
• Create and recommend new digital and social media strategies that align with our brand and provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Apply marketing, communications and analytical skills to understand our place and our competitors place in the industry.

THE CANDIDATE

• Currently enrolled in a College or University
• Must be an undergraduate student in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field of study
• Targeted Fall 2021 Start Date (minimum: 1 session)
• Eligible to legally work in the United States
• Able to work part-time (days/hours for part-time work can be flexible) for the duration of the co-op
