    POSITION SUMMARY 

    Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth by joining the Corporate Philanthropy Rotational Development Program “CPRDP” (within the Law Department Early Career Program), offering a high-performing culture that is made up of a diverse and inclusive workforce. The Corporate Philanthropy Rotational Development Program is a two-year, rotational program designed to support diverse professionals by connecting their personal passions and strengths to BMS’s mission while building the broader Law Department's talent pipeline. 

    The CPRDP participants will help BMS support worthwhile causes and conscientious citizenship, reduce health disparities worldwide, and support initiatives to improve healthcare, advance scientific understanding and make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. This role will also engage with internal stakeholders to position BMS as a leader in corporate social responsibility in its commitment to improving diversity, inclusion, and health equity.  

    We are looking for experienced BA/BS graduates who have a passion for Philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility.  The program offers you the flexibility to create your own path through rotational projects aligned with your interests and the company’s most critical need, allowing for a completely customized developmental experience. Upon completion of the program, qualified associates will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time, non-rotational role that aligns with their personal aspirations and passion for corporate social responsibility, health equity and making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.  

    LEARN: OBTAIN EXPERTISE IN YOUR DESIRED FUNCTIONAL AREAS 

    • Customized rotations and unique growth opportunities  
    • Stretch assignments and exposure to people & business resource groups

     

    NETWORK: BUILD AN EXTENSIVE NETWORK (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) 

    • The program offers mentorship throughout the duration of the rotations both formally and informally  
    • Formalized meetings with Law Department leadership teams, including the General Counsel 
    • Opportunities to connect with members from similar programs within BMS 
    • Opportunities to expand external network

      

    PROGRAM STRUCTURE 

    • 2-year full-time rotational program 
    • Consisting of customized rotations in different areas such as the BMS Foundation, Corporate Philanthropy, and Patient Assistance  
    • Length of rotations will be flexible and based in the Princeton, NJ area 
    • Close-knit, collegial environment

     

    REQUIREMENTS:  

    • Graduate with BS/BS degree  
    • Pharm.D,  Masters of Public Health,  Masters of Public Administration, Masters of Social Work, Masters of Business Administration, JD, or Certified  Public Accountant preferred  
    • Up to 3 years of relevant experience preferred 
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
